Summer is here and everybody wants to have that perfect summer body. Some people go to the gym, some people walk and some run. Whatever they do, the summer body is a must.

I absolutely hate working out, it was just too much work and I did not find it to be extremely fun. This all changed, once I started doing Zumba dance fitness. This has got to be one of the best workouts I have ever done in my life. I have been going to classes religiously, just because they're so fun. I can get in a very good workout and it goes by so quickly, just because it feels more like dancing with friends, then actually sweating and losing weight.

The reasons why I decided to write this blog post, was to take a look at some really awesome Zumba shoes. Everyone has their personal preference, but I absolutely love love love the Nike musique series of shoes. These sneakers are excellent and are the perfect choice when comes to dancing. You can move around in them very easily, their extremely lightweight and flexible. The main thing that I absolutely adore about these shoes, is the fact that it has a little pivot point at the bottom of it. This pivot point makes it easier to turn and twist, so dancing is so much easier. I also like that these shoes are extremely stylish and they go perfectly with whatever gym attire I decided to wear.

So even though there are a lot of shoe options out there, I highly suggest that you take a look at the Nike musique. The shoe is absolutely amazing and those of you who get it will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Nothing more comfortable than my Privo Shoes

People i really have to tell you about my new best friend for my feet, Privo shoes. I am always on the go and never one place especially at work and on the weekends. i have tried several casual shoes and loafers and i find that although they are flat i still get leg fatigue. I hate it when feet burns and hurt so i need shoes that are padded well and that can take the vigorous walking and running up and down. Well i have found them, Privo shoes!

Right now i have several pairs in my closet and is getting obsess with their loafers. i have almost every color they have available to wear with any color casual wardrobe. I do have few of their sandals and i just rock those on the weekends when I'm doing my task. These shoes are really padded, cute and funky. They are really strong because of the high quality material they are made off. Not disappointed at all with my comfy and cute Privo shoes.

Reality shows - sick of them

I'm so sick of all these celebrity reality shows with these ONE TIME hot celebrities that is trying to get back in the game. First lets talk about.....

'what Chilli wants?'
Girl you need a big buddy that's what you want. I use to love TLC, back in the days and they were the hottest ting around. But i get the feeling that Chilli want to get back in the game and i don't have a problem with that. But really my girl, write some songs and go record sumting. Put on sumting skimpy like Beyonce and find a P Diddy like Nicky Minaj. Maybe that will help. Who the hell cares about what she looking for in a man. Then every week is another drama and she don't like none of the man dem her PA or who ever that floffy girl is, that set her up. Chilli you need to sort out your sex life. Come a JA mek one of our real man dem give you what you want.

Next is Brandy and Ray J something about family business
As if the sex tape wasn't enough for Ray J then his reality show where him use all the girl dem and send dem home; 2 times to. HISS TEETH. Brandy mi did always like you as an artist but i dont think your brother have what it takes to buss; him kind of stagnant from long time. I'm a bit confuse; is it a requirement now for the one time big shots to have reality show. And please the drama is so fake more time. As for the mother, not a word said I. She is in a class by herself. The few times i watch this damn show NOBODY in the industry want to work with her. Hhhmmm? leaves one to think that maybe that is the route of why her kids don't have anything a road nowadays.

P Diddy
Mi love you but saw making the band ALL OF THEM and nuh plan to watch another show about making or looking for a band. Can somebody tell me all those bands that P Diddy find where are they now. I was just reading about one of the group member from Day 26 a pose up with 15 years old girls. Well to tell you the truth the girls dem look more like 30+. Moving swiftly along. Anyways now P Diddy is searching for a band to back him. Ah bwoy. In my opinion maybe he should consider making a reality show surrounding him and Nicky Minaj; now that i would definitely watch.

DEMARCO Show It - Video BBAAADDDDD!!!

YOOOW this song is off the chain. I really happy for Demarco, young artist coming up but know how to do him ting. I love the fact that he keeps climbing. I personally love his video, high quality stuff. Not the usual look for a local video. It look like a MTV ting. Big up to the director fi the video, you did well. This video is clean and thank the lord him put some nice looking girl in the video, AMEN!
